These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of Renew: Subscription Tracker (“Renew”, “the app”) provided by the operator of Renew (“we”, “us”). By downloading or using Renew, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

About Renew

Renew is a personal subscription tracking tool. It helps you record recurring payments, view upcoming dates, convert amounts using exchange rates, and optionally receive local reminders. Renew is for informational and organizational purposes only.

Your responsibility for data you enter

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you enter (names, amounts, dates, currencies, and reminder settings). Renew relies on what you provide and on data from third-party rate sources when you use currency features.

No automatic cancellation of real subscriptions

Renew does not cancel, modify, or manage your real-world subscriptions. Removing or archiving an entry in Renew does not stop billing with Netflix, your bank, or any other provider. You must cancel services directly with each provider.

No guarantee of accuracy

We do not guarantee that renewal dates, totals, or reminders will always be correct or complete. Billing cycles, time zones, provider changes, and device settings can affect what you see or when you are notified.

Currency rates

Exchange rates shown in Renew are informational. They may be delayed, rounded, or incomplete. Converted totals are estimates, not official financial statements. Renew is not a bank, exchange, or financial advisor.

Not financial or legal advice

Nothing in Renew constitutes financial, tax, investment, or legal advice. Consult qualified professionals for decisions about money or contracts.

Notifications

Payment reminders are a convenience feature. Delivery depends on iOS permissions, system limits, and your settings. We are not responsible if a reminder is late, missing, or not acted upon.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse Renew, attempt to reverse engineer it for unlawful purposes, or use it in violation of applicable law.

Disclaimer of warranties

Renew is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, missed payments, overdrafts, or similar harms arising from your use of or inability to use Renew. Our total liability for any claim relating to the app is limited to the amount you paid us for Renew in the twelve (12) months before the claim, or zero if you used only the free version.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Renew after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. The effective date at the top will be revised when we update the Terms.
